Management as Cultivation: Open Class

Most management courses teach you how to manage others; this open class asks the opposite question first: can you govern the single flicker of your own mind before it moves? Governing others begins with governing the self — not a slogan, but Super-Management's first procedure.
Using three real (anonymized) case studies, the class will show how "governing the self" concretely shapes a key decision: a founder's three days of silence before layoffs, an executive's single deep breath in the middle of a conflict, a deliberate choice to show vulnerability during an acquisition negotiation.
This is a public session, open to business leaders and anyone interested in organizational governance — non-students are welcome. Places are limited and given on a first-come basis.
